Departure Transfers
For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby or home 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time.
For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 10 minutes from scheduled pick up time.
If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or the Best Taxis to inform them of the delay.
If you are still out of contact after the waiting time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
Pick Up Procedure:
Arrival Transfers
For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting outside the Arrival Terminal waiting for you.
Make sure switch your phone on you will get text msg or call from driver reply to him you have landed once you have your luggage call him.
1st 45 minutes free after the flight landing time after every 5 minutes £1.50 on top If no contact within 45 minutes driver will leave the airport and you will lose your deposit.
If the waiting time exceeds 45 minutes and you remain out of contact, it will be considered a “no show”. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 3 hours before at least to get your refund back.
All prices are one way return is not included one pickup one drop off.
